Gemar Takes Canada
It was an amazing experience for everyone involved at our first ever Gemar Day in Canada on May 17th, 2023! We had 130 guests! It was so incredible that we have to share the best moments with you.
The first lesson was “Gemar Creator vs Reality”, where Gemar Masters Claudio & Vincenzo demonstrated how to make a render of a balloon decoration, in this case a Gemar Star Arch, using Gemar Creator software. It was very exciting to hear about the benefits of the balloon design program.
Gemar Master Roberta conducted the second class, challenging students with balloon distortion. During the class, she demonstrated how to make flowers out of balloon distortion and a balloon column. With various techniques and balloons we learned to do twisting and arches! We applied what we learned to the final decoration.
The third was led by Gemar Master Vincenzo and focused on graduation caps with modelling balloons. Many students were able to complete it successfully despite the advanced level.
The last class included Gemar Talent Javier, who made his debut as an instructor with a Maxi Bouquet. His demonstration included foils, helium balloons, and customised print balloons. It was a very insightful class with his insights and tips.
