We asked Brady to share his thoughts on celebrating Independence Day with balloons, and what inspires his red, white, and blue creations.

Why is balloon decor such a meaningful way to celebrate the 4th?

Brady:
“Balloon artists are as diverse as the country we live in. A well-crafted 4th of July balloon display is more than festive—it’s a reflection of unity, pride, and creativity. Those three colors say a lot when they’re used with purpose.”

How does your background as a veteran shape your approach?

Brady:
“I take honoring our flag seriously. My go-to for patriotic balloon decor is a mix of red, white, and blue balloons, glitter, small flags, and tinsel. It’s all about celebrating freedom with respect.”

Favorite style for the holiday?

Brady:
“I love both classic and organic balloon designs. For the 4th, I avoid ombré and blend all the colors equally. Just like the flag, I want my designs to feel unified.”

Any trends this year?

Brady:
“This year, I’m taking time off to enjoy the holiday with my family. I might still put up a small patriotic balloon display for the neighborhood—but for now, I’m just enjoying the break!”
