We love events and have an exciting schedule for 2019, starting off as we mean to go on was the extraordinary Float Convention which we attended January 27th – 31st at St Louis Airport Marriot Hotel Missouri, USA.
It was a joy to lift the moment at the event billed as the ONLY American Convention for the Advanced Balloon Decorating Professional and it certainly lived up to this reputation. It was an honour to be part of such a prestigious and creative function that takes balloon art as seriously as we do.
One of the things we love about Float is it feels like a family. The event is attended by many of the same people year after year and the new people who come are immediately accepted into the Float community.
When we arrived this year, our welcome was just as we expected, warm and joyful. This is exactly the same way we like to run events so it feels amazing to be part of something that is so aligned with us and shares our community ethics.
This year, with our beautiful partners at Funny Balloons, we designed infectiously fun demonstrations by fully embracing the colourful and mischievous circus theme.
With bright, bold rainbow arches and life size wearable balloon clowns, we had an absolute blast and we are already counting the days to the 2020 event.
