The Gemar American Tour started in Miami. We had 200 guests! It was so incredible that we can’t wait to share our best moments with you.
The tour began with “Sweet Dreams” in Miami on April 3rd, where Gemar Masters Claudio & Vincenzo, and Gemar Ambassadors Luz & Omar held workshops themed around everything from sugary treats to dream catchers.
There were 4 turn which were prepared by our Masters and Ambassadors:
1. First one was held by Omar Bucio and was about “Sweet Joys Vibes”. The participants were by teams & built pastel rainbow that can immerse us in a sweet experience.
2. Second one was held by Claudio Casagrande and was called the “Yummy Wall”. A wall made out of link balloons to make the perfect macaron themed décor. It was great to see Claudio’s technique which he has been using for decades! Link balloons are his passion. This multidimensional technique was full of information you had to write down.
3. Third one by was held by Luz Paz and was dedicated to bouquets and centerpieces. Everyone loves doing bouquets and you can never stop learning a new bouquet idea. This fun class demonstrated just how passionate artists are about their bouquets. Luz focused on making every detail come to life and most importantly how to properly sell a decoration.
4. Fourth one was held by Vincenzo Musto and was called the “Dream catcher”. An inspiration from a design of our Gemar Ambassador Irina Gvozdenko, this class was made to bring out the delicacy of balloon art. With various techniques and balloons we learned to do twisting and arches! At the end we placed what we learned onto the final decoration.
